On-Line Order
Register as a Consumer
Before you make your first order in the GOH web shop you need to register as a Consumer. That
means to fill in your billing and delivery adress.
Go to our
GOH Site
and click on 'Register as a Consumer'. Then fill in the form as indicated.
We are your Enroller and Sponsor. If the fields Enroller-ID and Sponsor-ID are not filled in, enter «007-604076»
in both fields. After you have completed this sheet, click on 'next' and you are already registered and logged in.
Some minutes later GOH will send you a confirmation e-mail with your ID-Number. Please remember your
password and ID-Number for future ordering (Log-in with ID-Number and Password required).
Important notice! If you have already registered once you should
not do it again. You may get the wrong prices in the web shop as a result of having registered more
than once. To get the correct product and freight prices in the web shop you should log in with
the user ID (customer or consumer ID) and password that has been assigned to you.
Order Procedure
If you are already logged in on our GOH Site
[www.goh.biz/supervita-online]
click on 'Health Products' or 'Product Packages' in the left menu.
Choose your product and click on 'buy' either in the products list or in the product description.
If you want to buy more units of this item click so many times on 'buy' you want to get.
After you have chosen all your products go to 'view cart' in the top menu.
You will see your order information as "your shopping cart" with prices and freight costs. In this table you can change the
quantity of the items or delete some. If you have made changes click on 'update' and your shopping cart will be
actualized.
If you agree with this order information click on 'check-out' to settle your payment.
Then follow the check out procedure in 4 simple steps. After each step click on "next". In step 2 of this procedure you
can choose your way of payment between credit cards or bank transfer.
In case of bank transfer the next window will indicate the relevant account No for different countries.
In your bank transfer order state your Web Shop Reference ID please.
GOH will automatically send you an e-mail confirmation with your order date and reference number.
If the payment has not arrived within 15 days from the time of purchase your order will be cancelled.

Payment
You can choose from the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard,
Diners Club, American Express or bank transfer . All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
encrypted at a very high security level.
Delivery
GOH will dispatch your goods within 2 working days of receiving the order and
verification that payment has been received. The delivery period is 2-5 days.
GENERATIONS OF HEALTH is responsible for transport risks,
i.e. loss of, or damage to, goods during transport from GOH distribution
centre to you. You are responsible for transport risks
if you return goods to GOH.
Orders
The ordering agreement is first entered into when GENERATIONS OF HEALTH has sent
an order confirmation by e-mail. The GENERATIONS OF HEALTH ordering system sends this
confirmation automatically without manual overview.
Shipping
For EU countries all orders are regularly delivered with UPS. Freight costs for UPS
delivery range from 8.95 EUR (< 0,5 kg) to 18.00 EUR (< 20 kg).
For NON EU countries the delivery is by mail. Freight costs range from 4,50 EUR (< 0,25 kg) to 27,50 EUR (< 2 kg),
depending on your country.
When you are ordering via the GOH web shop, you get about 20% discount on regular freight costs.
The actual correct costs will be indicated in "your shopping cart" before payment.
All orders exceeding € 500 are sent free of charges.
Complaints
GENERATIONS OF HEALTH examines the contents of each package before it is dispatched.
However, if the goods are damaged or do not correspond with your order, GOH undertakes to correct
the error free of charge. NB. It is important that you report any error or defect to GENERATIONS OF HEALTH
Customer Service within three days of receiving the goods.
